Mama began cooking her family's southern Italian
recipes in Calabria under the watchful eye of her grandmother,
"Nonna." Using the freshest herbs and vegetables homegrown in their
garden, the aroma of simmering sauces and fresh bread filled the
tiny cobblestone streets outside her villa.
Sal's family recipes have
